حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عُمَرَ، مَوْلَى أَسْمَاءَ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ: " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَتْ لَهُ جُبَّةٌ مِنْ طَيَالِسَةٍ مَكْفُوفَةٍ بِالدِّيبَاجِ، يَلْقَى فِيهَا (٢) الْعَدُوَّ " (٣)،
Translation
English translation
Abdullah says that once Asma showed me a green robe which had about a span’s width of Kisrawani silk stripes on it, and both its cuffs were made of silk. She told me that this robe was worn by the Prophet (peace be upon him).
