حَدَّثَنَا عَبِيدَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا مَنْصُورٌ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَ بَعْضُنَا: إِنَّ هَذَا أَخْبَرَنَا عَنْكِ أَنَّكِ قُلْتِ: " إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُبَاشِرُ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ، قَالَتْ: أَجَلْ، وَلَكِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمْلَكُكُمْ لِإِرْبِهِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
Alqamah narrates that a person said to Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), "We have come to know this hadith from you that the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to join his body with his wives' bodies while fasting?" She said, "Yes, but the Prophet (peace be upon him) had more control over his desires than you."
