حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَرْبٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، أَنَّ عَمْرَةَ، أَخْبَرَتْهُ أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ أُمَّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ حَدَّثَتْهَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: " تُقْطَعُ الْيَدُ فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: The hand of the thief who steals a quarter dinar or more should be cut off.
