حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ، سُئِلَتْ عَنِ الْقِرَاءَةِ فِي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ؟ فَقَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " يُسِرُّ الْقِرَاءَةَ فِيهِمَا، وَذَكَرَتْ قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ، وَقُلْ هُوَ اللهُ أَحَدٌ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
Muhammad says that a person asked Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) about the recitation in the Sunnah prayers of Fajr, so she replied that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to recite quietly in them, and I think that he used to recite Surah Al-Kafiroon and Surah Al-Ikhlas or similar surahs in them.
