Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يُحِبُّ التَّيَامُنَ فِي طُهُورِهِ، وَنَعْلِهِ، وَفِي تَرَجُّلِهِ " (٣)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (ﷺ) liked to start with the right side as much as possible in performing ablution, combing his hair, and putting on his shoes.
