Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، قَالَ: عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ رُفَيْعٍ: أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، يَقُولُ: " لَمْ يَنْزِلِ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَ عَرَفَاتٍ، وَجَمْعٍ إِلا لِيُهَرِيقَ الْمَاءَ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
Jareer narrated, and attributed it to the Prophet (ﷺ):
"There cannot be two qiblahs in one land, and there is no jizyah due from any Muslim."
