Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، أَخْبَرَنِي عُثْمَانُ الْجَزَرِيُّ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ مِقْسَمًا، مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: " دَخَلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، الْبَيْتَ فَدَعَا فِي نَوَاحِيهِ، ثُمَّ خَرَجَ فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنه) said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
"There cannot be two qiblahs in one city, and there is no jizyah due from the Muslims.”
