حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْحَكَمُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا كَانَ جُنُبًا، فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يَنَامَ تَوَضَّأَ " قَالَ وَكِيعٌ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ " إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَنَامَ، أَوْ يَأْكُلَ تَوَضَّأَ " قَالَ يَحْيَى تَرَكَ شُعْبَةُ حَدِيثَ الْحَكَمِ فِي الْجُنُبِ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ تَوَضَّأَ (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Prophet (ﷺ) wanted to sleep in a state requiring ghusl, he would perform ablution as for prayer.
