حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: كُنْتُ أَنَامُ مُعْتَرِضَةً بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ يُصَلِّي، فَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يُوتِرَ، غَمَزَنِي بِرِجْلِهِ، فَقَالَ: " تَنَحَّيْ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that sometimes when the Prophet (ﷺ) would pray at night, I would be lying in front of him, and when he wanted to pray Witr, he would pinch my feet and instruct me to move back.
