Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: " مَا رَأَيْتُ إِنْسَانًا قَطُّ أَشَدَّ عَلَيْهِ الْوَجَعُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that I have not seen the severity of illness affect any human being more than the Prophet (ﷺ).
