Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ الرِّشْكِ، عَنْ مُعَاذَةَ: أَنَّ امْرَأَةً سَأَلَتْ عَائِشَةَ: هَلْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي الضُّحَى؟ قَالَ: قَالَتْ: " نَعَمْ أَرْبَعًا (٢) ، وَيُزِيدُ مَا شَاءَ اللهُ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to offer four rak'ahs of Duha prayer and would add to it as much as he wished.
