حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، حَدَّثَنَا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَكَانُ الْكَيِّ التَّكْمِيدُ، وَمَكَانُ الْعِلَاقِ السَّعُوطُ، وَمَكَانُ النَّفْخِ اللَّدُودُ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Instead of treating with cauterization, use poultice; instead of suspending amulets around the neck, put medicine in the nose; and instead of incantations and blowing, put medicine in the mouth.
