Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that among the companions of the Prophet (ﷺ), there was no habit worse than lying. Sometimes, if a person lied in the presence of the Prophet (ﷺ), this thing would continue to reproach him until it became known that he had repented from it.
