حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ شَرِيكٍ، عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ ذَرِيحٍ، عَنِ الْبَهِيِّ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ أُسَامَةَ عَثَرَ بِعَتَبَةِ الْبَابِ، فَدَمِيَ. قَالَ: فَجَعَلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَمُصُّهُ وَيَقُولُ: " لَوْ كَانَ أُسَامَةُ جَارِيَةً، لَحَلَّيْتُهَا، وَلَكَسَوْتُهَا حَتَّى أُنْفِقَهَا " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that once Usama bin Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) stumbled and fell at the doorstep and started bleeding. The Prophet (ﷺ) began to suck (the blood) and said, "If Usama were a girl, I would have adorned her with beautiful jewelry and fine clothes."
