Shuraih says that I asked Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), did the Prophet (ﷺ) ever recite poetry? She replied, yes! He would sometimes recite this verse of Abdullah bin Rawahah (may Allah be pleased with him): "And a person will bring you news whom you did not provide provisions for."
