حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي شَدَّادٌ أَبُو عَمَّارٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، " أَنَّ نِسْوَةً مِنْ أَهْلِ الْبَصْرَةِ دَخَلْنَ عَلَيْهَا، فَأَمَرَتْهُنَّ أَنْ يَسْتَنْجِينَ بِالْمَاءِ "، وَقَالَتْ: " مُرْنَ (٣) أَزْوَاجَكُنَّ بِذَلِكَ، فَإِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، كَانَ يَفْعَلُهُ "، " وَهُوَ شِفَاءٌ مِنَ الْبَاسُورِ "، عَائِشَةُ تَقُولُهُ، أَوْ أَبُو عَمَّارٍ (٤)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha that some women from Basra came to her, so she instructed them to perform istinja with water and said: Instruct your husbands to do the same, because the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to perform istinja with water, and this is a cure for the disease of hemorrhoids.
