حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مِهْرَانَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حِطَّانَ السَّدُوسِيِّ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا سَأَلَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَعَلَى النِّسَاءِ جِهَادٌ؟ قَالَ: " الْحَجُّ وَالْعُمْرَةُ، هُوَ جِهَادُ النِّسَاءِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that she asked the Prophet (ﷺ), "O Messenger of Allah! Is jihad obligatory upon women?" The Prophet (ﷺ) replied, "The jihad of women is Hajj and Umrah."
