حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ بِنْتِ طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ قَالَتْ: اسْتَأْذَنَّا النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْجِهَادِ، فَقَالَ: " جِهَادُكُنَّ، أَوْ حَسْبُكُنَّ الْحَجُّ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that once we asked the Prophet (ﷺ) for permission to participate in jihad, so the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Your jihad is Hajj."
