Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا رَكَعَ رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ، اضْطَجَعَ عَلَى شِقِّهِ الْأَيْمَنِ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Prophet (ﷺ) would enter the morning, he would perform two short rak'ahs, then lie down on his right side.
