Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that once I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) supplicating in a prayer: "O Allah! Make my reckoning easy." When he finished the prayer, I asked, "O Messenger of Allah! What is meant by an easy reckoning?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied, "His book of deeds will be looked at and he will be pardoned. Aisha! On that day, whoever is questioned in detail about his account will be destroyed. And whatever hardship befalls a Muslim, even if a thorn pricks him, Allah, the Exalted, makes it an expiation for his sins."
