حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي عَطِيَّةَ قَالَ: قُلْنَا لِعَائِشَةَ: رَجُلَانِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَحَدُهُمَا يُعَجِّلُ الْمَغْرِبَ، وَيُعَجِّلُ الْإِفْطَارَ، وَالْآخَرُ يُؤَخِّرُ الْمَغْرِبَ، وَيُؤَخِّرُ الْإِفْطَارَ، فَذَكَرَهُ (١)،
Translation
English translation
Mu’ammal narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Al-A’mash, from ‘Umara, from Abu ‘Atiyyah, who said: We said to Aisha: Two men from the companions of Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, one of them hastens the Maghrib and hastens the breaking of the fast, and the other delays the Maghrib and delays the breaking of the fast, so she mentioned it.
