حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، (١) حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، وَيَحْيَى الْمَعْنَى، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، عَنْ ذَكْوَانَ أَبِي عَمْرٍو مَوْلَى عَائِشَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، ، قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " اسْتَأْمِرُوا النِّسَاءَ فِي أَبْضَاعِهِنَّ " قَالَ: قِيلَ: فَإِنَّ الْبِكْرَ تَسْتَحْيِي (١) أَنْ تَكَلَّمَ؟ قَالَ: " سُكُاتُهَا (٢) إِذْنُهَا " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: In matters of relationships, also seek permission from women. Someone asked: Virgin girls feel shy to speak on this subject? The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Their silence is their permission.
