حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ قَالَ أَبِي: وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ يَعْلَى، عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ، فَتَزَوَّجَتْ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ، فَدَخَلَ بِهَا، ثُمَّ طَلَّقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يُوَاقِعَهَا، أَتَحِلُّ لِزَوْجِهَا الْأَوَّلِ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا تَحِلُّ لِلْأَوَّلِ حَتَّى يَذُوقَ الْآخَرُ عُسَيْلَتَهَا، وَتَذُوقَ عُسَيْلَتَهُ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that once the following question was presented to the Prophet (ﷺ): A man divorced his wife, she married another man, that man was alone with her but divorced her before consummation—will she become lawful for her first husband? The Prophet (ﷺ) said: She will not be lawful for the first man until the second husband tastes her honey and she tastes his honey.
