Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، وَيَعْلَى، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِنَّ أَطْيَبَ مَا أَكَلَ الرَّجُلُ مِنْ كَسْبِهِ، وَوَلَدُهُ مِنْ كَسْبِهِ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: A person eats the purest thing, and that is what he earns himself, and a person's children are also from his earnings.
