حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ هِشَامًا، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أُرِيتُكِ فِي الْمَنَامِ مَرَّتَيْنِ، وَرَجُلٌ يَحْمِلُكِ فِي سَرَقَةٍ (١) مِنْ حَرِيرٍ، فَيَقُولُ: هَذِهِ امْرَأَتُكَ، فَأَقُولُ: إِنْ يَكُ هَذَا مِنْ عِنْدِ اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يُمْضِهِ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that once the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said to me that you were shown to me twice in a dream, and it was like this: a man was carrying your image in a piece of silk cloth and he was saying, "This is your wife." I thought that if this is from Allah, then Allah will surely make it happen.
