حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ سُمَيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُدْرِكُهُ الصُّبْحُ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ، فَيَغْتَسِلُ وَيَصُومُ " (٥)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that sometimes the Prophet (ﷺ) would be in a state requiring ghusl (ritual bath) at dawn, and then he would perform ghusl and also observe the fast.
