Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ: أَنْبَأَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ رَجُلٍ،، ، عَنْ فَضَالَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ: " أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي غَزْوَةٍ قَالَ: وَفِينَا مَمْلُوكِينَ فَلَمْ (١) يَقْسِمُ لَهُمْ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Fadala (may Allah be pleased with him) that once he participated in a battle along with the noble companions (may Allah be pleased with them), in which slaves were also included, but the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) did not give them a share.
