حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ شَبِيبًا أَبَا رَوْحٍ يُحَدِّثُ،، ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ صَلَّى الصُّبْحَ فَقَرَأَ فِيهَا: بِالرُّومِ فَأَوْهَمَ فِيهَا، فَقَالَ: " وَمَا يَمْنَعُنِي "، قَالَ شُعْبَةُ: فَذَكَرَ الرُّفْغَ وَمَعْنَى قَوْلِهِ،: إِنَّكُمْ لَسْتُمْ بِمُتَنَظِّفِينَ (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Ruh (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) led us in the Fajr prayer in which he recited Surah Rum. During the recitation, the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) became confused. After the prayer, the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said that Satan caused us confusion during the recitation because of those people who come to prayer without ablution. Therefore, when you come for prayer, perform ablution thoroughly.
