حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنِي قُرَّةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " صَوْمُ شَهْرِ الصَّبْرِ، وَثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ، يُذْهِبْنَ وَحَرَ الصَّدْرِ " (٢)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from a Bedouin companion (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Fasting in the month of Ramadan and three days in every month removes malice from the chest.
