حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ حِطَّانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الرَّقَاشِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " خُذُوا عَنِّي قَدْ جَعَلَ اللهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا الثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ، وَالْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ، الثَّيِّبُ يُجْلَدُ وَيُرْجَمُ، وَالْبِكْرُ يُجْلَدُ وَيُنْفَى " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ubadah bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Take this from me, take this from me. Allah Almighty has set a way for women: if an unmarried man commits fornication with an unmarried woman, he should be given a hundred lashes and exiled for one year. And if a married man commits fornication with a married woman, he should be given a hundred lashes and also stoned to death."
