حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَجُلًا، قَالَ سَعْدٌ وَكَانَ يُقَالُ لَهُ مَوْلَى أَبِي قَتَادَةَ، وَلَمْ يَكُنْ مَوْلًى، يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ أَنَّهُ: أَصَابَ حِمَارَ وَحْشٍ فَسَأَلُوا النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أَبَقِيَ مَعَكُمْ مِنْهُ شَيْءٌ؟ "، قَالَ شُعْبَةُ: ثُمَّ سَأَلْتُهُ بَعْدُ فَقَالَ: " أَبَقِيَ مَعَكُمْ مِنْهُ شَيْءٌ؟ "، قَالَ: فَأَكَلَهُ أَوْ قَالَ: " فَكُلُوهُ " فَقُلْتُ لِشُعْبَةَ: مَعْنَى قَوْلِهِ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ. قَالَ: نَعَمْ (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him) that once he hunted a wild donkey. When they reached the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), they asked about it. The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) was in the state of Ihram. He said, "Do you have any of it left with you?" Then the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) ate from it or permitted the people to eat from it.
