حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَاتِكَةِ، عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ،، ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " صَلَاةٌ فِي دُبُرِ صَلَاةٍ، قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ: قَالَ أَبِي: وَقَالَ غَيْرُهُ فِي إِثْرِ صَلَاةٍ، لَا لَغْوَ بَيْنَهُمَا كِتَابٌ فِي عِلِّيِّينَ " (١)، ، قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ: قُلْتُ لِأَبِي: مِنْ أَيْنَ سَمِعَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَاتِكَةِ؟ قَالَ: كَانَ أَصْلُهُ شَامِيًّا سَمِعَ مِنْهُ بِالشَّامِ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Performing one prayer after another in such a way that no vain act is committed in between is written in ‘Illiyyin.
