Translation

English translation

Nafi' bin Sarjas, may Allah have mercy on him, says that we went to visit Waqid, may Allah be pleased with him, during his final illness, so I heard him saying that the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, would lead the people in prayer with the lightest (shortest) prayer, but when he prayed alone, he would perform the longest prayer. Peace and blessings be upon him.
