حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ،، ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا يَرِثُ الْمُسْلِمُ الْكَافِرَ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Usama bin Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: No Muslim can be the heir of a disbeliever, and no disbeliever can be the heir of a Muslim.
