حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، وَابْنُ بَكْرٍ (١) ، قَالَا: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، وَرَوْحٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ، أَنَّ طَاوُسًا، أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّ حُجْرًا الْمَدَرِيَّ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ زَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ، يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "الْعُمْرَى فِي الْمِيرَاثِ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Zaid bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) declared "Umari" and (the property which is handed over to someone for a lifetime) as the right of the heir.
