حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي سِمَاكٌ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ: " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخْطُبُ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ قَائِمًا، ثُمَّ يَقْعُدُ، ثُمَّ يَقُومُ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to deliver two sermons on Friday; he would deliver the first sermon and sit down, then stand up and deliver the second sermon.
