حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْمُهَلَّبَ، يَخْطُبُ، قَالَ: قَالَ سَمُرَةُ بْنُ جُنْدُبٍ: عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا تُصَلُّوا حِينَ تَطْلُعُ الشَّمْسُ، وَلَا حِينَ تَسْقُطُ، فَإِنَّهَا تَطْلُعُ بَيْنَ قَرْنَيِ الشَّيْطَانِ، وَتَغْرُبُ بَيْنَ قَرْنَيِ الشَّيْطَانِ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Do not perform prayer at the time of sunrise or sunset, because it rises and sets between the two horns of Satan.
