Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ: " مَا خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خُطْبَةً، إِلَّا أَمَرَنَا بِالصَّدَقَةِ، وَنَهَانَا عَنِ الْمُثْلَةِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) would always encourage us to give charity in his addresses and would forbid mutilation.
