حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَنْصُورٌ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ أَسَرَهَا الْعَدُوُّ، وَقَدْ كَانُوا أَصَابُوا قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ نَاقَةً لِرَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. قَالَ: فَرَأَتْ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ غَفْلَةً. قَالَ: فَرَكِبَتْ نَاقَةَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ثُمَّ جَعَلَتْ عَلَيْهَا أَنْ تَنْحَرَهَا. قَالَ: فَقَدِمَتِ الْمَدِينَةَ فَأَرَادَتْ أَنْ تَنْحَرَ نَاقَةَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَمُنِعَتْ مِنْ ذَلِكَ، فَذُكِرَ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: " بِئْسَمَا جَزَيْتِيهَا ". قَالَ: ثُمَّ قَالَ: " لَا نَذْرَ لِابْنِ آدَمَ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ، وَلَا فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللهِ " (١)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) that a Muslim woman was captured by the enemy. Previously, those people had also stolen the camel of the Prophet (peace be upon him). One day, when the woman saw the people were heedless, she quietly mounted the camel of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and made a vow that if she reached Madinah safely, she would slaughter this camel. In any case, she reached Madinah Munawwarah and wanted to slaughter the camel of the Prophet (peace be upon him), but the people stopped her from doing so and mentioned it to the Prophet (peace be upon him). The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "You have given it a bad reward." Then he said, "There is no vow in that which the son of Adam does not own, nor is there a vow in disobedience to Allah."
