حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ، وَرَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتُ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ، عَنْ غُنَيْمِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: قَالَ رَوْحٌ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ غُنَيْمًا قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا مُوسَى يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ (٢) : " أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ اسْتَعْطَرَتْ، ثُمَّ مَرَّتْ عَلَى الْقَوْمِ لِيَجِدُوا رِيحَهَا فَهِيَ زَانِيَةٌ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: When a woman applies perfume and passes by some people so that they may smell her fragrance, then she is such and such (i.e., a wrongdoer).
