Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ الْحَدَّادُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ،، ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "There is no marriage without a guardian (wali)."
