حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا بُرَيْدُ بْنُ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ بْنِ أَبِي مُوسَى، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ: كُنَّا جُلُوسًا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَإِنَّهُ سَأَلَهُ سَائِلٌ.، ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " اشْفَعُوا تُؤْجَرُوا، وَلْيَقْضِ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ عَلَى لِسَانِ نَبِيِّهِ مَا أَحَبَّ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) that once we were sitting with the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) when a man asked for something. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Intercede for him, you will be rewarded, and Allah will decree what He wills through the tongue of His Prophet.
