حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَوْفٌ، عَنْ قَسَامَةَ بْنِ زُهَيْرٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْأَشْعَرِيَّ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ (١)،

Narrated to us by Rawh, narrated to us by ‘Awf, from Qasamah ibn Zuhayr, who said: I heard al-Ash‘ari, and he mentioned the like of it.
