حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى، وَابْنُ دَاوُدَ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، وَيَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْمَعَافِرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحُبُلِىِّ، عَنِ الْمُسْتَوْرِدِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ، صَاحِبِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا تَوَضَّأَ يُخَلِّلُ أَصَابِعَ رِجْلَيْهِ بِخِنْصَرِهِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Mustawrid bin Shaddad (may Allah be pleased with him) that I saw the Prophet (ﷺ) that when he performed ablution, he would do khilal (interlacing) of his fingers starting from the little finger.
