حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَاصِ، وَامْرَأَةٍ، مِنْ قَيْسٍ أَنَّهُمَا سَمِعَا النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا: سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ: " اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي ذَنْبِي خَطَئِي وَعَمْدِي، اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْتَهْدِيكَ لِأَرْشَدِ أَمْرِي، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ نَفْسِي " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Uthman bin Abi Al-Aas (may Allah be pleased with him) and a woman from Banu Qais that they heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: O Allah! Forgive my sins, my slips, and the sins I have committed deliberately. O Allah! I seek guidance and righteousness from You in my affairs, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of my own self.
