حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ، وَحَبِيبٌ، وَيُونُسُ، وَقَتَادَةُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ سَلْمَانَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ الضَّبِّيِّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " فِي، ، الْغُلَامِ عَقِيقَتُهُ فَأَهْرِيقُوا عَنْهُ دَمًا، وَأَمِيطُوا عَنْهُ الْأَذَى " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Salman (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) say: Perform 'aqiqah on the birth of a boy; remove impurities and sacrifice an animal on his behalf.
