حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ هُبَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عُقْبَةَ بْنَ عَامِرٍ، يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِذَا اسْتَجْمَرَ أَحَدُكُمْ، فَلْيَسْتَجْمِرْ وِتْرًا، وَإِذَا اكْتَحَلَ، فَلْيَكْتَحِلْ وِتْرًا " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: When any of you applies incense, let him do so an odd number of times, and when he applies kohl, let him also do so an odd number of times.
