حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، وَحَجَّاجٌ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، قَالَ:، ، كُنْتُ أُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ، حَدِيثًا، فَلَقِيتُهُ وَهُوَ يَطُوفُ بِالْبَيْتِ، فَسَأَلْتُهُ، فَحَدَّثَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " مَنْ قَرَأَ الْآيَتَيْنِ الْآخِرَتَيْنِ مِنْ سُورَةِ الْبَقَرَةِ فِي لَيْلَةٍ كَفَتَاهُ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever recites the last two verses of Surah Al-Baqarah at night, they will suffice for him."
