حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رِبْعِيَّ بْنَ حِرَاشٍ، يُحَدِّثُ،، ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِنَّ مِمَّا أَدْرَكَ النَّاسُ مِنْ كَلَامِ النُّبُوَّةِ الْأُولَى إِذَا لَمْ تَسْتَحْيِ، فَاصْنَعْ مَا شِئْتَ " (١)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Abu Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Among the words that people have obtained from the first Prophethood is this: If you do not feel shame, then do whatever you wish."
