حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُبَشِّرٍ، مَوْلَى أُمِّ حَبِيبَةَ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَتَّابٍ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ أَدْخَلَتْ فِي شَعَرِهَا مِنْ شَعَرِ غَيْرِهَا، فَإِنَّمَا تُدْخِلُهُ زُورًا " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Muawiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: "Any woman who adds someone else's hair to her own hair (in order to make it appear longer), she is inserting it falsely."
